My professional background is in engineering and quality management, and I bring more than 25 years of hands-on experience in industry, construction, renovation, and home maintenance. Before moving to Pagosa Springs, Colorado, I was a licensed Class B General Contractor, completing residential and light commercial projects. (Archuleta County and Pagosa Springs don’t require licensing for General Contractors other than a “Business License”). Over the years, I’ve remodeled homes, renovated investment properties, and handled repairs and improvements for apartments, condos, and townhomes.
As a longtime homeowner and former rental property owner, I understand maintenance from the customer’s perspective. I know what it takes to keep a property safe, functional, and well cared for—through preventive maintenance, smart planning, and working within realistic budgets. That experience helps me approach every project with an eye toward long-term value, durability, and practical solutions, not just quick fixes.
