We operate as a professional business with all of the proper licensing, insurances, CRM and well established business practices. We make doing business with us very easy and stress free.  Our estimates are all "firm" which means we will not charge more for any reason that could have been identified before we began the work. The only reason we would charge more is for unforeseen circumstances that could not have been reasonably identified before beginning the work. In which case, we will immediately address these circumstances with the responsible party and seek approval before moving forward. No surprises in our billing. We are committed to upfront pricing and making the process stress free for our clients so that they get the services they need while we build long lasting relationships and establish trust in our business going forward.

Is Björn Handy available for emergency repairs?

Yes. Björn Handy offers emergency repair services.  We even offer emergency repair services outside of our normal business operating hours (M-F 9am to 4pm) such as evening and weekends on an as needed basis. Please call us directly for immediate assistance. If we don't answer, leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP.

Does Björn Handy offer any special packages or discounts?

Yes we have several package options that provide discounted rates when bundled together such as annual maintenance contracts and "Move-in" packages that seem to work very well for new home owners, new renters, property managers and Realtors. Almost anytime we can bundle services together we can find ways to offer discounts and savings. Please contact us for details.

Does Björn Handy offer warranties or after service support?

Yes. Our standard warranty is 1 year for workmanship and excludes materials, normal wear and tear and/or misuse. Any defects attributable to our workmanship will be repaired for free within 30 days of notice. On a personal note... we are a small business in a small community that is trying to build a legacy business that we will hand down to our children. Our reputation is deeply important to us and we will do whatever we can to work with our customers to ensure they are not only taken care of... but they are fully satisfied.  For instance, if one of our customers experiences a material/part defect that is not a result of our workmanship, we'll still be happy to come out and fix it for them and offer a discounted rate on our labor.

The services listed on the website are the most common services we provide and we wanted to make sure we thoroughly explained them to our prospective clients.  This helps potential clients understand what they can expect from the time they contact us through to the time we complete work for them if they hire us.
